Whereas John de Hulme and John Loksmyth of Newcastle under Lyme, by fine levied at York, had granted to James del Boghay and Elizabeth his wife the manors of Whitemore and Bydulf, 2 messuages, 3 bovates of land, and 40s. rent in Bukkenhale and the fifth part of the manor of Aundesley, except 10 marks rent in the said manors (specified), for their lives, the remainder in tail to John their son and Margaret his wife, they now grant the aforesaid 10 marks rent to John and Margaret in tail; remainder in default of issue to James and Elizabeth. Given at Bydulf on the Wednesday after St. Martin the Bishop, 16 Richard II.
